Location: Babylon Café, 3081 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge VA
Time: April 13 (update released July 17, 2025)
Authorities have executed a large-scale law enforcement operation targeting members of the Wheels of Soul motorcycle gang in connection to a violent altercation and shooting earlier this year at the Babylon Café.
On April 13, a 42-year-old man was assaulted and forcibly removed from the café to the parking lot, where gang members allegedly beat him severely. The fight escalated when an associate of the victim confronted the group, leading to a chaotic shootout in which over 80 rounds were fired. Several vehicles and the business were struck by gunfire, and two men suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
On July 16, law enforcement executed 14 search warrants across Virginia and Pennsylvania, resulting in the arrest of 12 individuals, with 3 more still being sought. Multiple agencies, including the FBI, ATF, U.S. Marshals, and Virginia State Police, assisted in the operation.
