Police are searching for a Woodbridge woman accused of leaving her 2-year-old son unattended for hours.
According to investigators, Alexandra Anna Granruth, 37, left the child unsupervised earlier in the day. Around 2 PM, an acquaintance found the boy outside in an unkempt state. Granruth allegedly refused to return home when police attempted to contact her.
The child appeared uninjured and was placed in the care of known family members. Granruth is wanted for felony child neglect.
