Prince William County police have arrested William Lee Warren, 27, of Fairfax Station in connection with a domestic incident that took place in Haymarket. Officers were initially called to the residence in the early hours of July 19 after a verbal argument between Warren and a 24-year-old woman escalated. During the confrontation, Warren allegedly struck the victim and grabbed her neck before fleeing the scene. Minor injuries were reported. Following an investigation, arrest warrants were issued, and Warren was taken into custody on July 31. He has been charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery. His court date is pending, and bond was not available.
