An argument escalated into an exchange of gunfire, striking an unoccupied vehicle. Police arrested two Richmond men — Deshawn Antione Baker, 20, and Deonte Antoine Carrington, 19 — on charges of malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and destruction of property. No injuries were reported. Detectives are searching for additional suspects.
