Officers are investigating two related incidents of indecent exposure that occurred on the same day. In Woodbridge, a 31-year-old woman was checking her mail at the Rivergate Apartments when she saw a man expose himself. No physical contact occurred, and the man left the area shortly after.
Earlier that day, a similar incident happened outside the Walmart in Dumfries. A 53-year-old woman was approached by a man who started a brief conversation. She soon realized he had exposed himself before he walked away on foot.
The suspect in both cases is believed to be the same individual: a Black male in his early 20s, approximately 5’11”, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, yellow basketball shorts, white socks with dark slide sandals, a New York Yankees baseball cap, and carrying a Nike backpack.
