An incident involving indecent exposure led to the arrest of a Maryland man on the evening of September 11 in Woodbridge, VA. Officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to the 13900 block of Richmond Hwy after receiving reports of a man exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures in public.
Upon arrival, officers located the individual and quickly determined that he was intoxicated. The man was later identified as Daniel Antonio Rivas Solis, 28, of Bladensburg, MD. He was taken into custody without further incident.
Rivas Solis has been charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication. His court date is currently pending, and bond was not made available at the time of the report.
