Authorities have arrested one of the suspects connected to a death investigation in Woodbridge. Prince William County Police confirmed that Maurice Jermaine Waller, 54, was taken into custody on February 20 and charged with concealment of a dead body.
The case stems from a discovery made on February 8 when officers responded to a call in the 13200 block of Trowbridge Dr. and found a decomposed male body in the roadway. The deceased was later identified as 42-year-old Robert Patrick Hearn of Annandale. Investigators determined that Hearn had died at a different location before his remains were moved.
A second suspect, Jonathan Alberto Aguilar, 21, remains at large. Authorities urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Prince William County Police Department.
Waller is currently held without bond, and the investigation remains active.
