Prince William County Police arrested Tinoosh Maleki, 34, of Aldie, following a crash and subsequent assault on a law enforcement officer. Responding officers determined Maleki was intoxicated. While in custody, he became combative and allegedly kneed an officer in the lower body. The officer was not injured.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 54-year-old man, was treated at a local hospital. Maleki faces multiple charges including:
