A parking lot dispute escalated when a suspect fired shots at a vehicle during an argument. A second vehicle with three bystanders was also hit, causing minor injuries from shattered glass. Following an investigation, Demetrius John Eaton, 18, of Manassas was arrested and charged with multiple firearm-related offenses.
