A man is facing charges after officers discovered him allegedly exposing himself inside a vehicle in a CVS parking lot early Sunday morning.
Prince William County Police said officers were in the parking lot of the CVS at 13600 Richmond Highway when they encountered a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, officers allegedly found the man exposing himself inside the vehicle.
Police identified the accused as 45-year-old David Lee Smith of Grovetown. He was charged with indecent exposure and later released on a court summons.
