A Woodbridge man is facing multiple charges after police say he exposed himself to two children outside an apartment complex in Dumfries.
Prince William County Police responded to the Broadstone Apartments on Chesapeake Drive after receiving a report of indecent exposure. Investigators said an 11-year-old boy and an 8-year-old boy were sitting on a bench when an unknown man sat next to them, exposed himself, and made obscene gestures.
The children left the area and went inside the apartment complex. Officers quickly located the suspect nearby and determined he was intoxicated.
Kevin Ernesto Marchante, 36, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure to a minor and one count of public intoxication. He is being held without bond while awaiting a pending court date.
