Michael William Tramontano, 36, of Ruther Glen, has been arrested following an attempted break-in where he tried to forcibly enter a neighbor’s apartment with a firearm visible in his waistband.
A resident inside fired a weapon through the door, unintentionally injuring a 52-year-old woman in a nearby apartment. She was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Tramontano faces charges of attempted burglary and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
