A disagreement between two men at a Tamarack Place residence escalated into violence when one man struck the other in the head with a barbell. The victim, 27, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police arrested Moris Rosendo Diaz-Ulloa, 38, and charged him with aggravated malicious wounding. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
