Haymarket, VA – A 69-year-old Haymarket man reported missing by his family was found dead in Silver Lake Regional Park on February 7.
The man, Andrew Lai, had left his home the previous day in a Toyota Camry. His vehicle was later found unoccupied in the park’s lot. Officers searching the area discovered Lai’s body with an apparent self-inflicted injury.
Authorities have ruled out foul play, but the cause of death is pending an autopsy.
