Officers working off-duty at the Jolly Shows Carnival discovered an unattended 8-year-old child. The child’s mother, Tanisha Shadai Mosley, 35, later returned and was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The child was unharmed and released to known parties. Mosley was released on a court summons.
