A suspect involved in a domestic strangulation incident in Manassas has been taken into custody. The altercation occurred on June 22 when Brayan Josue Quijada-Abrego allegedly bit a 22-year-old woman on the hands and grabbed her neck during a dispute. After the incident, he fled the scene in a white van. Fairfax County authorities apprehended Quijada-Abrego on July 8. He is charged with strangulation and assault & battery. Bond was not available, and a court date is pending.
