Prince William County Police announced the arrest of a second suspect connected to an aggravated malicious wounding investigation that began in February. Authorities reported that 62-year-old Ezekiel Cooper III of Woodbridge was taken into custody without incident on May 29 and charged with malicious wounding.
The case stems from a February 21 assault at a bus stop where a 29-year-old man was allegedly attacked by three individuals and suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries. Police had previously arrested another suspect while continuing efforts to locate Cooper.
