Malik Lee Dorsey-O’Bannion, 28, was arrested after leaving his dog in a vehicle for several hours, leading to its death. Six other dogs in his care were found inside the mall and appeared unharmed. Dorsey-O’Bannion, who has no fixed address, was charged with animal cruelty and released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
