In Manassas VA, Prince William County Police detectives encountered a vehicle behind a business in the 10400 block of Sudley Manor Dr. During the interaction, they observed suspected illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. As the investigation progressed, the driver, later identified as Jessica Siomara Rivera-Vanegas, suddenly reversed the vehicle, striking a police unit before fleeing the area.
Authorities later located the vehicle near King George Dr., where it was determined Rivera-Vanegas had used the vehicle without permission. No injuries or additional damages were reported. Arrest warrants have been issued, but Rivera-Vanegas remains at large.
Wanted: Jessica Siomara Rivera-Vanegas, 21, described as a white female, 4’11”, 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Charges: Felony hit & run, reckless driving, felony eluding, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and possession of a Schedule I/II drug.
