A call about public intoxication led to a volatile encounter on Richmond Highway. Officers say Khadijah Ayesha Campbell, 37, was injured from a fall and became combative with rescue services. During her arrest, she struck and kicked officers, then spat on them. She is charged with multiple offenses, including assault on law enforcement and obstruction of justice, and is being held without bond until her April 15 court date.
