Officers were called to the Dumfries Walmart after reports that a man had fully undressed and was chasing other shoppers inside the store. The suspect, later identified as Lance Irving Lesane Jr., 20, of Dumfries, was found to be under the influence and was detained at the scene. He was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. No injuries were reported.
