A months-long investigation into gunfire striking a Woodbridge home has resulted in an arrest.
Police say Nicholas Aaron Parks, 37, was taken into custody without incident on March 19 in connection with a December shooting. The incident involved gunfire hitting an occupied residence and a nearby unoccupied vehicle.
Investigators determined the shooting was not random. Detectives obtained warrants earlier in the week before arresting Parks.
He is charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling and shooting from a moving vehicle. His court date is pending, and bond information was not available.
