Police are seeking a 23-year-old man following allegations of repeated assaults, including strangulation, against a 21-year-old woman in Manassas. The victim reported that in May, an argument with her acquaintance, Juan Miguel Garcia Andrade, turned physical when he struck her and grabbed her neck multiple times.
Further investigation revealed an additional strangulation incident around the same time. Minor injuries were reported in both cases. Garcia Andrade, who resides in Reisterstown, Maryland, is wanted for two counts of strangulation and two counts of assault and battery. He is described as a white male, 5’5″ tall, weighing about 135 pounds, with tattoos on his arms.
