Juan Miguel Garcia Andrade, 23, of Reisterstown, Maryland, was arrested in Baltimore on July 10 and is awaiting extradition to Prince William County. Garcia Andrade is facing two counts each of strangulation and assault & battery related to domestic incidents with a 21-year-old woman that occurred in May. According to police, Garcia Andrade physically assaulted the victim and grabbed her neck on more than one occasion. Officers conducted a follow-up investigation in July and obtained warrants after learning about the repeated assaults. No major injuries were reported.
