A Somerset County, New Jersey man has been extradited to Prince William County following an investigation involving a teenage victim.
Police said the investigation began after learning a 16-year-old girl had communicated with the suspect through Snapchat. Detectives allege the suspect solicited and obtained pornographic images from the juvenile.
Stephen Miller, 23, of Somerset, New Jersey, was extradited to Virginia and charged with multiple counts of possession and production of child pornography, along with using a communication system to facilitate offenses involving a child.
