Prince William County police are investigating an unlawful recording incident at the 2nd Ave Thrift Store.
A 56-year-old woman was shopping when another customer informed her that an unknown man hiding between clothing racks was allegedly filming her inappropriately.
The woman confronted the suspect, who fled on foot. No injuries or physical contact were reported.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 5-foot-8 with facial hair, wearing a black T-shirt and dark-colored pants.
