Prince William County police concluded an investigation this week into a commercial burglary that occurred at Tobacco Hut in Woodbridge.
According to investigators, officers originally responded to the business for an alarm activation on April 22. Police say a juvenile suspect used a rock to break a window before entering the store. Officers later found the suspect inside with unpaid merchandise.
The juvenile was detained without incident and released to a guardian. On May 6, authorities obtained a juvenile petition charging the 15-year-old Woodbridge male with burglary.
