A woman sought in connection with a violent assault investigation from 2025 has been arrested.
Prince William County Police announced that 35-year-old Cecilia Anne Keefer of Triangle was taken into custody by the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office on May 17 in connection with an aggravated malicious wounding case.
The charges stem from an incident at Linden Park Apartments on Jurgensen Drive in Triangle. Investigators said Keefer and a 23-year-old woman were involved in a verbal altercation while inside a vehicle. During the encounter, Keefer allegedly struck the victim multiple times. Police said the victim later exited the vehicle and was subsequently struck by it before the accused drove away.
The victim was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Keefer is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, felony hit and run, and assault and battery.
