Prince William County police arrested a Warrenton man after responding to reports of gunfire.
Investigators said Roger Curtis Brown, 52, fired two handgun rounds into the ground. Officers located him nearby and recovered the firearm.
No injuries or property damage were reported. Brown was charged with reckless handling of a firearm.
