Police arrested 30-year-old Maynor Noe Sanchez Perez for a violent domestic dispute that occurred in August 2023 at Bayvue Apartments. Perez allegedly struck a 25-year-old man with a chainsaw during an altercation. The suspect fled before officers arrived. He was arrested in Stafford County and charged with malicious wounding.
