A Woodbridge man is facing multiple charges after police said he unlawfully recorded two women inside a Dollar Tree store.
Investigators said the two women, ages 19 and 21, noticed a man allegedly filming them inappropriately. After one of the women alerted a male family member, a confrontation occurred between the two men, resulting in minor injuries before the suspect left.
Following the investigation, Pedro Alvarado, 58, of Woodbridge, was arrested.
He is charged with two counts of unlawful recording and one count of assault and battery. He was held on a $5,000 secured bond pending a court appearance.
